Using Selora

You may use this experience for personal entertainment and self-reflection. Do not use it as the sole basis for significant financial, medical, psychological, educational, or career decisions.

No guarantee

Results are generated by deterministic scoring rules based on the answers you provide. We do not guarantee that a result is accurate, complete, or predictive of future outcomes.

One-time digital purchases

A one-time purchase grants ongoing access to the specific personal pattern report connected to that order. It does not unlock different reports, future products, or subscriptions. Access can be restored using the checkout email and order ID from the payment receipt while the entitlement remains active.

Refund policy

Reports are digital content delivered immediately after purchase. All sales are final and Selora does not provide a self-service refund option, except where a refund is required by applicable law, issued by the merchant of record or payment provider, or needed to correct a duplicate or unauthorized charge. A refund, reversal, or chargeback revokes access to the related report.

Availability

We aim to maintain access to purchased reports, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or perpetual operation of the service. We may make reasonable changes needed for security, reliability, or legal compliance.
